How long do your candles burn?
It depends on the size. Smaller ones run about 30-40 hours. Larger ones last proportionally longer. Trim the wick to a quarter inch before every burn and you'll get the most out of it.
What's in your products?
We use simple ingredients. Soy wax blends, essential oils, cotton wicks, clean fragrance oils. No parabens, no sulfates, no formaldehyde. Everything is cruelty-free.
Are the vessels reusable?
Yes. Once the candle is done, wash out the jar with warm soapy water and you've got a storage container, a planter, a makeup brush holder — whatever you need.
Do you test on animals?
Never. We don't work with suppliers who do either.
Where are your products made?
They're designed and assembled in the US, with ingredients sourced from suppliers who meet our standards for quality and labor practices.
What's your most popular scent?
We have a few that people keep coming back for. The fresh, clean ones and the warm, woody ones are usually the top sellers.
Can I layer your products?
That's half the fun. Our room sprays, candles, and diffusers are designed to work together. If you like a scent in a candle, you'll probably like it in the spray.
How do I contact you?
Use the contact form on our website. We answer Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. Most messages get a response within one business day.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes. Once it's with the carrier, you'll need to handle it as a return.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at the moment, but our packaging is designed to look good enough to gift as-is.
What if my order arrives wrong or damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We'll fix it.
